Children learn better, gain self-confidence, and develop empathy and caring when classes welcome children of different ages.

This social diversity brings a sense of cohesion and security.

The Autonomy

Neurosciences have shown that children learn best when they experiment on their own. They try, make mistake, auto-correct and find solutions.
It is important that the child can have rich and varied human relationships, that he can interfere with people who are not of the same age.
Children are passionate about their culture if it is presented to them in a lively, concrete, intelligent way.

A rich environment of quality, allow the children to become autonomous.
The Benevolence

The child needs benevolence in order to grow. If we want them to learn, we must love them and they must feel loved.
The kindness generates in the child the development of its moral and empathic capacities which lead to the attachment, the confidence.

The children increase their self-esteem and self-confidence and achieve academic success .
The Environment

The environment is the third teacher of the child. WCM pay particular attention to aesthetics and have design a high quality environment in order to create a warm, secure, stimulating and joyful universe.
WCM’s values are based on respect for nature, respect for the environment and respect for each other.
An environment with natural beauty, recycled materials, wide-open spaces and the risks children are allowed to take, helps build confidence.
Each space, inside and out, is based on the principles of simplicity, aesthetics and order. The spaces are bright and welcoming, with learning areas such as languages, mathematics, music, botany, sensory life… divided into sectors.
