Windfield International School was founded through the collaboration of M. Stéphane Salaun, Director of the French School of Koh Samui, and the Yongsiri family, entrepreneurs from Bangkok with a deep passion for education.
This partnership was built on a shared commitment: to provide children with a high-quality education in both the French and British curricula, while also nurturing their character, creativity, and talents. Beyond academia, Windfield fosters strong moral values, individualised attention, and opportunities in sports, music, art, dance, and community service.
The involvement of the Yongsiri family ensures the long-term stability of the school and the development of a serious, forward-looking project. The French International School of Koh Samui (Windfield International School Group) is one of only four schools in Thailand approved by the French Ministry of Education and a proud partner of AEFE.
Students follow the French national program from kindergarten through 12th grade, ensuring smooth reintegration in France or continuing abroad after the Baccalauréat. Alongside, they benefit from intensive English and the study of other languages, including Thai, Spanish and Chinese.
