Our school welcomes students of all nationalities, from 2 to 18 years old, from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
Admission is by filling out an application form, accompanied by the following documents
Photocopy of the family record book or birth certificate
Photocopy of the child’s passport and that of the parents
2 passport photos
Child’s school record book
Certificate of cancellation obtained from the school previously attended
A reservation deposit is paid upon registration. This deposit includes at least, for each child, the payment of the administrative fees as well as the first monthly payment (except in the case of an annual payment where the payment must be received in full in order to benefit from the preferential rate).
N.B. Registration is valid for the entire school year. Fees are due in full and payments made cannot be refunded in case of departure or cancellation.
Partial enrollment: partial enrollment – less than 10 months of schooling in the school – does not entitle the child to the same fees (see annual fee schedule)
Compulsory insurance: the child must be insured (Civil Liability). The name of the insurance company and the contract number must be communicated to the school.
- The annual administrative fee and a first monthly payment must be paid at registration or re-enrollment.
The method of payment will be determined at registration (monthly, quarterly or annually). Tuition fees vary depending on the payment option chosen.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the date of issue.
In Kindergarten and Primary, students are required to take their meals at school.
For secondary school, students have the choice between the school canteen and a packed lunch that they are responsible for bringing. Students are not allowed to leave the school for safety reasons.
The canteen is billed monthly and takes into account any absences of the child (deduction of meals).
In the case of a yearly registration, if the child leaves the school, the totality of the school fees for the year will remain due. The same applies to any absence during the year.
As our school is approved by the French Education Ministry, it is possible for families in temporary financial difficulty, or whose income does not allow them to enroll in the school, to apply to the French Embassy for a school grant. It is the responsibility of the parents to register with the French Registry of Foreigners and to be able to present proof of income or any other aid already received.
The school administration will be able to help you with these procedures.
